How to Contact a Guard
You should never try to report another member's wrongdoing in a public location, so don't try to report them in the comments of this page. The best way to make sure the Guards see your problem is to go to the offending member's house and click on the button that says "Report member" and the Guards will see your report. However, if you cannot find the button, or you need help in a different way, then you can message one of the Guards directly via private message. (Try to message the one who will be most suited to help you.)

The Guard Captain

<img:stuff/elf12%20captain%20badge.png>
[Yuriona]
She is the leader of both the website, and of
the Guards. She is the person to talk to if you
think one of the Guards or a Council member
members is breaking the rules or has been unfair
to you.

The Guard Lieutenant

<img:stuff/elf12%20lieutenant2%20badge.png>
[Stephen]
He is the head of the Guards. Talk to him
if another member has been bothering you in
private messages. He has the ability to read
all private messages on the site, even if another
member has deleted the message to try to hide it.
(He also trains new Guards.)

The Guard Sergeant

<img:stuff/elf12%20sergeant2%20badge.png>
[djxmonster]
He is the second in command of the Guards. He
mostly deals with issues that the normal
Guards cannot handle. He has complete
control over all wikipages, being able to
see and edit any wikipage on the website.
He can even completely delete wikipages.
Talk to him if you have wikipage problems.

The Guard Constables

[Nehirwen]
[Adon]
[Akane Ice] (Trainee)
The Constables are the ones who are responsible
for keeping the peace on Elf12; they are the
"moderators" of the site. If you are having a
problem with a member of the site, then these
are the people you want to talk to.

2011-07-07 [Stephen]: You don't need to link it on both Council and Guards. xD

2011-07-08 [sammie h!]: sorry

2011-07-08 [Stephen]: It's fine. =p

2011-07-08 [sammie h!]: So I couldn't even be a constable

2011-07-08 [Nehirwen]: Why would we add a new guard if there is no guard work to do at all? ;)

2011-07-09 [sammie h!]: Because people still come on here sometimes, and some people do join, so we need to be at the ready, people could be watching this page now, and thinking, where is the safety, as I can't see many people working on the safety of my kid, think of the way the public and parents look at it, there is two sides to every story.

2011-07-09 [Nehirwen]: There are still guards around, enough to assure safety.
The parents themselves can and maybe even should always keep an eye out too, specially if they have doubts about the safety of their child. Reports will always be taken care off. :)

2011-07-10 [Akane Ice]: I think there are more than enough guards/patrollers to keep up the safety of the community.

2011-07-10 [Stephen]: Actually, there's at least one person online at almost all times, (or close times anyway) who is able to do Guardwork, and there's at least two active people who have the ability to moderate everything -- even the Guards.

Counting Wiki-Bosses, there's about four or five times the amount of Guards/Wiki-Bosses as their are non-staff members. =)

2011-07-11 [sammie h!]: But how do the parents who look at the pages know that?

2011-07-11 [Stephen]: Well, they can look at online members? =p

2011-07-12 [Akane Ice]: I doubt they will ask, anyway.
